After a busy weekend with visiting guests, my 20 year old hot water heater gave up ... I contacted Constellation Energy and spoke with *******, who quickly helped me identify my existing model, recommended a replacement, and identified a technician who was immediately available. Jackson showed up within an hour, and completed the removal and installation quickly, professionally, and politely. While not in my plans for today, I now have hot water again and am very pleased with the service!

My tech **** was very professional and super nice. He explained every detail to me about what was wrong with my A/C and fixed it in no time. He even took the time to help a neighbor to pick up groceries that fell out of her bag.

I thought I had two broken washing machines. I called Constellation Home because I have a service plan with them . On May 8, I had a new HVAC system installed, including an air conditioner, water heater, and air handler. The installation crew was professional, friendly, and respectful of my condo. Upon completion, they thoroughly explained how the system works and provided guidance on proper care and maintenance. They also did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. I'm very pleased with the installation.
