Adam at Constellation Home went out of his way to help us when he didn’t have to, He had already done what was needed in terms of fulfilling his requirements, but we were still in a bind, So he stayed till he could figure out the issue. I’m in real estate, and work with a lot of companies, so I was extra impressed with the length he went to try to help somebody out in fixing our heat.

I had a Heat pump hot water heater installed today by Kyle and Jared. They were very professional and did a great job installing the equipment. Kyle answered all my questions taking the time to explain the systems operation. O would highly recommend both of these professionals.

The service representatives Christina were extremely helpful and very pleasant. Both technicians were pleasant and professional . Mr. S***** was amazingly accommodating due to the fact that our electrical system wasn’t compatible to the ordered water heater . Mr S***** drove 25 miles in rush hour traffic to retrieve a compatible water heater for our home . All I can say is THANK YOU !!!! Constellation made an unexpected unfortunate situation stress free for my family .
