Our air conditioner stopped working one week ago. We were in constant contact with maintenance. We were in the house with 89 degrees. Roger, our technician came on Saturday with a replacement motor. He tried 2 different motors it didn’t work. He profusely apologized and said he tried his best. At 4:00 pm he called back and said he wanted to try one more time! He got the air conditioner working! He is the most polite, kind, diligent person I have met. I’m forever thankful to Roger.
Roger was an excellent service technician for our air conditioner unit. He was polite, professional and fast. We are very happy with constellation home.
It's July and my AC unit stopped working. Contacted Constellation Home over the phone hoping for a same day appointment. They were able to help me with this. They let me know it would be considered an "all day" appointment so they couldn't give me an actual window of time. Instead I would receive a call when the person was on the way. I received a courtesy call and Pat showed up within 20 minutes. Very polite and showed me exactly what was wrong with my AC unit. Fixed it quickly. Highly recommend this company!
