we had an excellent experience with the entire crew and installation process. Steel lead the team of Darius, Dakota, and Marco. These four guys were excellent. Andrew did a great job on my toilet installation. He cleaned up as he worked & double checked all connections. Andrew is an excellent & very knowledgeable plumber! We had a tech come out that said we needed a new water heater. The sales person from Constellation called us and told us how much it would cost. We paid constellation. On the day of install, the tech comes and says we need to pay an additional $1,400 because they didn't know our water heater was connected to our furnace. It's not hard to see that our water heater is connected to our furnace as the lines run straight infront of you and above your head. This is something that the initial tech should have seen and communicated ... read more
