Your team installed a new furnace, heat pump, coil, humidifier and UV light in my home on 5/8/24. The team was outstanding. They were very professional and provided clear and complete information about every step of the job. They left my home spotless at the conclusion of their work. This is the worst service I have ever received. Jessica, Theresa, and Doris are the worst will lose customers for this company. This company is engaging in fraudulent billing practices. They automatically renew your home warranty without your permission and then hold the billing hostage before they will provide you with service. They do not come to do a home inspection or service maintenance even though it's a part of your warranty that they bill you for without your consent UNLESS you call. Constellation Home did a quality and methodical job replacing my heat pump with a ******* single stage 3 ton, they cleaned up and asked if I had question. All questions were answered. Steele, Dakota, Matt C, and Daniel C replaced my unit and were very polite. Never had the feeling like I had to watch over them, they were very professional.
