Technician Andrew D***** diagnosed the problem with my shower faucet in record time. Unlike the previous Technician who did not take the time to make a determination of the origin of the leak. Andrew was very friendly and throughly explained the problem and estimated cost. It was evident that Andrew is an experienced Technician and has excellent customer relation skills.

We installed a new HVAC system. Heat pump + gas furnace. Constellation guys did a great job. The whole process starting from discussing various options, prizing and installation was done within 10 days in a professional manner. At each step we were kept informed. The installation folks were very pleasant and they patiently answered all our questions. Constellation customer care is great .

I had my 23 year old hot water heater replaced by Constellation Home today. It was a very easy process to get a price quote, discuss my questions about the details of the quote, and then schedule the installation. All personnel were courteous with no hard sell pressure. The installer Bernie arrived within the 4 hour time window, covered and protected our floors, described the installation and replaced the water heater in about 90 minutes. Excellent quality work.
