Hey what a great experience we had this day...our Technician was communicating with us as he made his way to our locale. He surveyed the issue we were experiencing with our ice maker and advised what the issue was and made a quick repair...he also explained there was a free sign up service where I could receive whatever the lower rate for electric was BTW Constellation and BGE. Very pleased.
Attempted to cancel service plan 6/27/23 constellation home phone tree directs you to a decision options which you can’t elect opt out of. Twice when I selected options for services I was not interested in Jessica who answered both times hung up on me without redirecting me to the correct area to provide customer service as indicated in their service plan billing letter. Very Professional, if one tech stuck on some issue they escalate to more experienced tech
Rude and inappropriate installers. Three men arrived for the job. One man memory was the only individual with any professionalism. The men blocked my car in with two trucks and subsequently I was late for an MD appointment and had to pay the cancellation fee as well as wait another three months for an appointment. When I informed them that they were parked in the alley blocking my car in they rolled their eyes and said they would love the trucks - Inside the home they went and strolled out at a snail pace with an attitude. Bought two brand new heat pumps a couple years ago and we have had persistent problems. I'm not sure the total number of service calls but it has to be at least 10. Not to mention, they have billed us for several things we didn't owe and it took a number of calls to figure out what was going on. Overall, we paid a premium to use a big company and bought a high end trane to avoid problems - I am regretting that very much! Stay away.
**WARNING** A little over 2 1/2 years ago, we purchased a new ***** 5-ton HVAC system costing over $14,000.00. In this short period, the INDOOR COIL had to be replaced and now 9 months later the OUTDOOR COIL isn't working and need to be replaced. It is apparent we got a LEMON. We told Constellation Home that we want a complete HVAC replacement and they refuse to honor our request. Many of the negative reviews are correct. Constellation Energy is the worse and there is no way to cancel your service on their payment website. I joined a little over a year and half ago in 2021. There's a 3 to 4 month wait for services regardless if you schedule online or you call them to schedule. I scheduled a spring service in March (Spring) of 2021 to check the AC and get ready for the summer. The appointment was completed in September. Awful and very disappointed in the lack of communication and the constant rescheduling. I am a senior HOME OWNER purchased the BGE home protection years ago. no issues in taking payment for years but having a Tech respond to a and emergency call to repair heat in the mist of winter is DAUNTING!!! False advertisement on responding to emergency calls!!! CANCELLING the agreement today!!!!!!
Bad business no commuication after sale and in possession of your money.fail to honor their warranty.
