First time using Constellation Home and was so impressed with the timeliness and level of professionalism from Don and his associate. They performed a maintenance and tune up on my heating unit and addressed all of my concerns. Don also provided me with detailed information on some of their other services I’m interested in, he was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be scheduling some other services with Constellation Home in the near future!

Lou and Jared did an excellent job with our water heater installation. They handled everything, cleaned up and explained what to do if the pilot light went out, etc.

The sales rep, Ben S********, was very professional and demonstrated knowledge of product and quickly understood technical limitations to explain for my dual need of replacing my 22 year old high end furnace and air conditioner. I wanted to buy the ***** brand again and Ben explained viable alternatives and presented comparison data with pros and cons of the competitor brand. It made my decision easy. Installation was efficient and clean. All debris including old equipment was hauled away. I highly recommend this company.

We are pleased with the installation of our new heating/air conditioning system by Constellation Home. The installers were knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of our home. They worked until late in the evening to complete the job. All debris and trash were taken away.

Mr. Karri'em, installed my boiler yesterday, and he was an excellent professional. Explaining every step of the way what needed to be done. I am pleased with my new boiler and the service I received.

Called on short notice due to heat going out and they responded in a timely manner. Donald S***** and his apprentice, Edwin, were kind and professional . They assessed the heating system, made the necessary repairs and informed us of the next steps to be taken. Couldn’t ask for better representatives of Constellation.

Don was my salesman. He was happy to provide a detailed scope of work. He did not talk down to me (unlike salesmen from other companies) because I am a woman. I decided to accept his proposal on the spot....I felt that comfortable that Constellation would deliver. I was quickly scheduled for 12/4. DARON, John and Matt were my team. They showed up right on time, were respectful of the quirks of my community and were overall personable. I had a new water heater installed by Karri’em. He did a great job. Super friendly, explained everything in full detail and answered all my questions. I would use Constellation Home again. They were able to install it the next day even though I called late in the day.
