I had a new Carrier HVAC installed yesterday. The entire experience from sales to installation was phenomenal. Constellation has made some major customer experience improvements. Lou, the technician, did an excellent job of installing our new hot water heater. He was respectful of our home and kept his work area clean and uncluttered. He explained the operation of the all controls and the warranty information. We would definitely use Constellation Home in the future.

The technicians that came out to install my water heater did an amazing job. They were polite, and very professional. The installation took less time than I thought. The technicians were careful to be neat and mindful of where they placed their equipment and tools. They fully explained the system and answered all of my questions. My 15 yr old heat pump went out of service last week. That same day Shane M****** contacted me about replacement. He went over the entire estimate and I got a fair price. Today Zach C******* and Tyler K********* came over the install. Two really nice guys. Clean uniforms and squares away. They went right to work.
