Our technician Lou was great!! He came out same day to replace our water heater. Very knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. Took the time to answer all my questions. Gave me a tutorial on how to restart the pilot light if it ever went out. Gave me good advice as to how dry out the area as our old water heater actually rusted out and leaked all over the laundry room. Seemed to care about our best interest. Great customer service for sure!

The Constellation Tech was very thorough the repairs and completed the work fast. After completing the work the technician Mark M********* explained want was done he even repaired a couple of items that needed attention. Because my experience with Mark being helpful and courteous we decided to continue with Constellation Home.

I had a popping sound in my WH every time it heated. Don was able to drain the sediment and elevate the sound. He also made some suggestions regarding upkeep to prevent the sediment sounds from reoccurring. Great service and experience!

Nate is one of the plumbers that came by to fix my shower handle. He was very pleasant, very professional answered all my questions and made sure. I was aware where my main water shut off was located, gave me his card and said to contact him with any questions. I have been with BGE for many years and have always loved their service.
This is one professional team that did an amazing job. I have seen many but Constellation is a star.
