Nate T****** was friendly, informative, competent, and courteous. He called beforehand and after arriving he properly assessed and explained our plumbing problem while estimating completion time. Once he arrived, he expedited the repair there were no surprises on the deductible cost. Before we know it — he was all done, we settled the bill, and we both moved on to the rest of our day. Andrew D*****, Plumbing Service Technician was professional, courteous, personable and on time.
We had a new gas furnace and AC unit installed by Bryan S******, Phillip A**** and a third installer. They completed the install in a very timely fashion. They were on time, very professional, and worked steady until the job was complete. Mr. S****** did an excellent job explaining the new digital thermostat. They kept the site very safe and clean. Also, I would like to say thanks to the salesman Ronald Leone for helping us on selecting the proper heating and AC unit for our home.
