Bill was my service tech and went above and beyond helping me with everything from fixing my shower to helping take the payment on multiple cards. I appreciate that Constellation has the best team! Everyone that has been to my house has always been professional, courteous and so helpful!

I needed an annual maintainable on my 2 heat pump systems back in March. It was easy to schedule the appointment online and the service tech showed up on time and even called before arriving. I had the pleasure of having Todd come out to install my hot water heater. He was pleasant from the very initial phone call, informing me he was on his way. The installation went without a hitch. He took the time to explain everything that was different about my new heater and what I could expect, he took the time to explain what the warranty services covered and what it did not cover. He cleaned up and left in a neat and orderly manner. He represented constellation home very very well.

Constellation Home Full House Policy is great! Their service techs are the best- very knowledgeable. They get to the problem and fix it. I have had HVAC, electrical, and plumbing come to the house.
