I took my car in August to report that the sunroof part needs to be replaced because it broke and as of now I'm still waiting for the replacement part to come in. Very disappointed.

Every time we have purchased a vehicle or have had a vehicle serviced by them we have had some type of issue. I confirmed twice they would have a loaner vehicle ready for me at time of drop off while our vehicle was getting serviced. Now it’s $35 a day for a loaner vehicle. That’s pretty crazy being they have always supplied one for us in the past but apparently if your vehicle has over 100k miles on it you are no longer eligible for their loaner program.
