Went to buy a Durango and one of their Porter's was speeding around the parking lot in a grand Cherokee and made my wife jump back from being hit while holding our 1 year old baby girl. Little punk kid needs a beating and this place needs to monitor what their own employees are doing with their cars. Went in the main lobby to express my disgust and then left. A call back with an apology would be nice. Oh yea this just happened 30 minutes ago.

My family has always stood by Chrysler Dodge products and have ALWAYS talked very highly of Bettenhausen. My parents owned 5 Chrysler products, 1 Jeep, my sister has a Dodge and I personally have had 1 Chrysler, 1 Dodge and now a Jeep. I would not recommend. Over 3 hour wait for a simple oil change. How is that even possible? Zero communication during the wait. Was not warned it would be such a long wait. Go somewhere else. Even Mancari Dodge was better.
Shout out to Steve Callan, Sales manager at Bettenhausen. No haggling and No bull$hit pay what is advertised online. Best price for trades (per CARFAX reports) and NO pressure to buy stuff you don’t want! In and out with our new family ADDITION in less then 3 hours (would have been less if My husband didn’t have to leave for a 1/2 hr). Loving my new JEEP❤️. I would give Steve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Over 4 years into my 2015 Ram truck and still love it! Salesperson (Nick Nowak) was fabulous! Service is outstanding! Great place to buy a vehicle!!!

Won't go nowhere else for a vehicle. My Bettenhausen experience started in 08 when I purchased an 08 Jeep Wrangler from Nick Nowack. He made sure that I was taken care of and if I needed anything give him a call. Which I did in 2011 when I traded my Wrangler in for another Wrangler. I consider Nick to be best salesman ever and he makes sure that you come first and he will get you the best price possible.
