our salesman was the best, poor John was dealing with us (and our baby) almost the whole day (it wasn't his fault) . he was doing everything to help us, got us everything we wanted and even though they didn't have our can in the stock he made sure we got the car the same day! this is our second car from them and I don't want to go anywhere else from now on to buy our next car.
Driving around in a car with Bad plates because we were sold a car that wasn’t on the lot. After being told it was on the truck on the way there, then being told in a week and a half at the latest, we are being told maybe next week. My insurance company told me today that my car that I traded in, that I’m currently driving, will not be covered if I get in an accident because the tag has been transferred to the new car.
It was a long wait for an oil change, but Jackie came out and apologized and told us the problem. Very nice people here. Great people to deal with!
Their customer service is is sub-par and their lack of compassion when it comes to their customer complaints is horrible.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They clearly do not care about their customers.
I highly recommend this place! Super clean, super inviting, and quick! Jamie helped us get my wife the car of her dreams. I will be back for sure!
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The customer service here is very poor. I’m leasing my car, once my lease is up I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I got transferred to 6 different people just to schedule and appointment for Service, unacceptable. The day my car was supposed to be ready, I couldn’t get through not even to the manager.
