We purchased a used 2016 Ford Escape. The tire has damage and we already need to replace them. We've been asking for the 2nd key that they have and still have yet to receive it over a month later. We will never be doing business with them again. We paid over $22,000 for this car and paid in cash. This is such a bad experience and we'll be opening a BBB complaint if we do not receive the 2nd key by the end of this week.
I had a great experience buying a car from this dealership! Chris Meskin was my salesman and he was incredible. His knowledge and true interest in making the process smooth was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure the deal was solid. The dealership itself is very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend to others.

What a Great experience we had with Bettenhausen of Tinley Park. Our 2014 Dodge Challenger had a recall on passenger side airbags. When we called to schedule they suggested that the Tech make a House Call!! Mark was the Tech that came out. He was professional and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. Sales person Adam Swithe is awesome and the best feature of Bettenhausen Jeep and Jake in service is a close second. The delivery dept is great too. Bettenhausen is close to perfect. I did have a misunderstanding with one employee and I am still waiting for an apology.
My husband and I went in early this morning to check out a truck we had seen online. Josh Gabrielson was our salesman. Very nice young man who streamlined our process. Very low key, excellent experience. We chatted while our new truck was being cleaned. Just a wonderful experience and I would recommend Josh. He is knowledgeable, personable, and got the job done!
