Pleasant experience and no high pressure. Answered questions and treated us like a friend. Amin Smith and Eric "Woody" were a pleasure to do business with. No games. They run their place like I would if I were in the automotive business. Well done!

I went in for a oil change and I am still having a awful experience. Frist, of all it took way over a hour. They losted my wheel lock lug nut bolt, and now my car is running poorly. It is stalling out I had to get a tow. My car has Never Ever ran so bad. I went to 2 different car part places to attempt to get my car running like before and they said that other people have come in with the same type of issues After they had their car serviced at Bettenhausen. our salesman was the best, poor John was dealing with us (and our baby) almost the whole day (it wasn't his fault) . he was doing everything to help us, got us everything we wanted and even though they didn't have our can in the stock he made sure we got the car the same day! this is our second car from them and I don't want to go anywhere else from now on to buy our next car.
Driving around in a car with Bad plates because we were sold a car that wasn’t on the lot. After being told it was on the truck on the way there, then being told in a week and a half at the latest, we are being told maybe next week. My insurance company told me today that my car that I traded in, that I’m currently driving, will not be covered if I get in an accident because the tag has been transferred to the new car.
It was a long wait for an oil change, but Jackie came out and apologized and told us the problem. Very nice people here. Great people to deal with!
