When I walked into Bettenhausen I was pleasantly surprised, the salesman I had three years prior was there to greet me! I knew him instantly because of the great service I had when I bought my last car. I explained what I wanted and he had a van pulled up right away for me to test drive. I had been questioning buying used, new or leasing. Bettenhausen Dodge is a great dealer with great Sales personal. My sales guy Nick Pattenrude helped me with the past 3 sales, all 3 sales went flawlessly and I was quickly on my way with my new car. Bettenhausen is my choice for future purchases and I plan on sending friends and family for their future purchases. This is my latest purchase - I love my new Daytona thanks to Nick and Bettenhausen's staff for making my purchase go so easily.
My salesperson Jamie Kwak was amazing. I have avoided interacting inside car dealerships for the past 8-10 years (I have been using a car buying service) I had no idea this level of service was available - anywhere! Best overall 'major purchase' buying experience I have ever had.
