I purchased my Jeep from Bettenhausen 3 years ago. I had been hesitant to use their service department because of the poor reviews I’ve read here. I noticed a brownish fluid on the ground under my brake fluid lines this afternoon and called concerned that I might have a leak...they told me to come on in so they could check it out. Never buy a vehicle from bettenhausen jeep in tinley park. had the jeep for ten days and already needs a brake job ?!?!?! i guess their thorough inspection isn’t perfect
If you are a current or potential customer of Bettenhausen of Tinley/Orland Park please consider this before you make your purchase. In April of 2013 I purchased a brand new Chrysler 200 from the Bettenhausen dealership with only seven miles on the odometer. Since that time I have kept current on my car payments and regular vehicle maintenance was done only through Bettenhausen automotive. I bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee last year , Jaime was Awsome! I got into a really bad car accident and my jeep was totalled. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.... last month I bought myself another Jeep Cherokee , 2017 . Again Jaime and Eric were Awsome! Love this place ! And I love my jeep.
