Purchased my BRAND NEW 2018 Jeep Cherokee from them and it has been the worst decision of my life. I drove the vehicle for 7 DAYS and the power steering went out and I had to have it towed. They took it in for service and kept it for 12 DAYS, They couldn't find the problem but they went ahead and replace the power steering rack. They called me to pick it up and I didn't even get a block down the street and then it power steering went out AGAINNNN!
