service department is a joke the service writer told me that there is a month wait, it was much quicker to drive up north to get the repairs done same day than deal with these clowns
I had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle from Tom Pandell.
Great experience from the Orland Park Jeep Dealership. Scott Abramowicz was my salesman and sold us a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Scott was honest, fair, and a genuine nice family guy.... everyone else at the dealership was friendly and helpful as well. I made the mistake of going to their local competitor in Matteson IL., what a waste of time ended up walking out and going right back to Scott at Bettenhausen!
Waited 3 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation on my Jeep. I also requested for my windshield wipers to be changed due to wear and tear which was forgotten about until I asked about it upon given the receipt. Very disappointed.
I bought my car there...although I do think I was charged a bit more than it should have been, the car has been great. The problem I have is wait time. I bought a package of oil changes and every time I go there or call for express oil change it’s 1 1/2-2 hour wait time. I will say service is always great and the people working in the service department are very nice!
Worse dealer ever I was taken advantage of buy there sell man and finance department
Jamie Kwak is very knowledgeable about the whole process and you should ask for her when you come in for your new Jeep.
