Bought a Renegade from Dave Carroll, excellent service, very friendly, patient and professional. Very knowledgeable of the vehicle also.
My Chrysler from factory has no dipstick tube for transmission..just stopped there today to get the fluid level checked..I stood around for 20+ mins waiting on a service writer to then find out I would have to make an appointment & there would be a $125 service charge...yep $125 for someone to check..not flush..just check the fluid level..ridiculous...

After going to a couple Jeep dealerships in the area I swung by Bettenhausen and 5 hours later I walked out with a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Adam Swithin took care of everything and was completely transparent every step of the way. I wound up walking out with a vehicle with all the upgrades and features I didn't even know I'd be able to get (I don't know what was up with these other dealerships in the west suburbs). Traveled to bettenhausen Chrysler to purchase a Dodge charger The salesman Jerome was great.the staff was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Overall couldn't have been a better experience. I am very pleased and reccomend them highly.
