We've been Bettenhausen satisfied customers for many years having purchased two Dodge Grand Caravans and our current 2009 Chrysler Town and Country from them. I also appreciate the Express service for oil and filter changes, tire rotation and multipoint inspection.

Too easy. Quick, polite, paperwork matched verbal numbers, intelligent staff and dealership is so clean. We have bought 5 or 6 vehicles in last two years. Never disappointed. They set a high bar indeed. The way it should be.
My parents have bought several cars through Bettenhausen (used and brand new) over the years since I was born. I bought my first car here three years ago and haven’t had a problem. Paperwork was done within roughly 3 hours and I was able to take my car home rather quick. My salesman Mark was pretty awesome too. I couldn’t be happier that my car is still running smoothly and I plan to come back in the future.
Called service in the morning to see if I could make an appointment for an oil change. Service says I don’t need an appointment. Get there later and they ask if I have an appointment... I’ve been in the waiting area for 2 hours. You guys can just keep my car cuz I’m going to walk into oncoming traffic on 159th. ✌🏼
