Do not trust their service department. I will never return. Printed on invoice/receipt a service was done and finished only to get home with vehicle and find out it was never done. Returned to get job finished as stated and not one single apology. 2/18/2018

I went in for a oil change and I am still having a awful experience. Frist, of all it took way over a hour. They losted my wheel lock lug nut bolt, and now my car is running poorly. It is stalling out I had to get a tow. My car has Never Ever ran so bad. I went to 2 different car part places to attempt to get my car running like before and they said that other people have come in with the same type of issues After they had their car serviced at Bettenhausen.
