I'm so happy with my 75th Anniversary JeepIt was a pleasure working with Bettenhausen in Orland Park. The service was outstanding!
Friendly staff, not like any other dealership where they nag you they let u come to them with questions which is AWESOME! Very patient, let me test drive a car even over night and I came back the next morning and purchased a Jeep Patriot. Generally pretty quick service. Follows up with you even months after to make sure you're still satisfied. I would never go anywhere else for a new jeep. This is definitely a dealership I'd recommend to anyone!
After purchasing my Buick with no hassles, I had to go back because my salesman John Harsick was great, he promised me two new tires when I returned from my vacation. I received them gratefully. The car still had a shakiness to it so I took it back. Mike Russo in service then assisted me and asked if i had any concerns other than the shakiness. After a year of trouble with our 2014 Cherokee at another dealer and a call to corporate we too our vehicle here. It actually needed a new engine! Well block. And they did a thorough job looking it over replaces a few other things as well. Great customer service and they were always in contact with us about timing and updates. Now I even drive all the way out there just for oil changes from Plainfield. Will buy our next Jeep here.
This was my first time buying a car. Ryan was great and really helpful in making sure I picked out the right car. He was incredibly patient with my questions and I left the dealership at ease with my purchase. Other dealerships only care about making a sale, but they really care about ensuring The best customer satisfaction. Definitely will and have recommended them to my friends.
I brought my vehicle to Bettenhausen after a bad experience with Mancari's and needless to say I think we've developed a good long term relationship. The staff was friendly and they went above and beyond. I will never take my car to another dealer and I highly recommend them
By far the best buying experience I've ever had at a Dealership! Sonata Silberzahn is amazing! She is great to deal with. She listens to what you want, what your budget is and finds the best possible vehicle and price. There are no hassles....at all! I never felt pressured at any point during the process.
