The staff was very accommodating and felt like I was a part of the Bettenhausen Family. There was at no time that I felt uncomfortable with the discussions being made. Bettenhausen made the car buying experience smooth and easy. This is my third purchase from this dealership and would buy another dodge from here again.
I took my 2 1/2 yr old jeep in for a oil change and tire rotation when i got it back it started to shake and a censor came on. Took it in and ended up paying 300 for a new censor! Get it back still shaking and the heater doesn’t work! Take it in today and was told it would cost 2000 to fix everything. Leave without fixing it try and turn air conditioner on and now that doesn’t work right!! We have purchased quite a few vehicles from Scott Abramowicz. We continue to do so because of his professionalism and personal care. I have recommended Scott to family and friends because of the trust I have in him (making sure I get the best price – every rebate available – and answer any questions I have after the purchase). And now my family is part of the Bettenhausen family, with Scott being their salesman too.
Worst customer experience I have ever had. Boyfriend purchased a brand new Jeep and has had an immensely long, drawn-out string of issues with the service department. They lost his keys, had no knowledge of updating a nav system, sold him the car without its antenna, and the list goes on and on. Kept promising that their managers would speak to us, promising that corporate would speak to us, and never followed through. Please spare yourself the time and money and take your business elsewhere.
