Because I am a Veteran and USAA member there were many dealers fighting for my business. No one compared to the no hassle, no haggle, One Low Price experience at Bettenhausen! I walked in expecting to be disappointed again, but walked out with a beautiful 2017 Pacifica. Kesa Douglas was fantastic in explaining everything about the vehicle and finance options. She was even able to entertain my kids in the playroom. Kesa almost feels like family now! Thank you for such a great car buying experience. 👍

My heat stopped working in my 2016 Grand Cherokee well before my warranty ran out. It took them over a month to get me an appointment with a loaner so I could drive to work. During that month of waiting, I went over my mileage and they wouldn’t honor my warranty. That’s right, I had to pay out of pocket to repair the heat in my 2 year old car that was barely over 30,000 miles. What kind of lemon did I buy?
