Great experience. Nick Nowak was the best! He let us test drive trucks by ourselves without standing over our shoulders and explained all the fine details to us about our truck. Purchasing the vehicle was easy and simple and hassle free!
The price ended up less than the estimate. They were able to complete the repairs in one day. I even used the free shuttle to be dropped off at home when my ride had to cancel.
Worst customer experience ever! Being in the business myself the owners should take a hard look at the staff. The Manager is a complete tool with no customer appreciation. Drove 45 miles to look at a truck that was supposed to be ready. Truck was moved off the lot. Now this is a brand new 67k truck. Huge scratches. Now if they would have had it ready knowing we were coming to buy they would have found this themselves and not wasted my time on New Year’s Day. Guarantee they lost the only sale they would have made today!!
The service is fast and courteous
Absolutely a joke of a service department. Service advisor that I had there was terrible and never did any kind of follow up. Spent 600.00 to find out that it wasn't the issue and then still had to pay 40.00 for the part after it happened after I picked it up.then told that if I didn't buy the car there a service loaner would not be provided because I didn't buy it there!!! Between me and my family we have purchased 15 vehicles over the years from Bettenhausen. Nick Pattenaude is the best salesman and Ryan in service is great to work with. I do agree that the service department as a whole needs to be reworked. I just called because of an issue on my town and country and they couldn't get me in for 2 weeks.
