Nope Service department is a joke no customer care at all No call backs has to call multiple times to get any answer This place is a joke I will never come back I haven’t even left the lot and the problem is still here funny how I can reproduce it but they can’t!!!!!
Got my Jeep here 4 1/2 years ago. Never been disappointed. Friendly and non pushy sales staff. Qualified Mechanics with awesome attitudes. Never been disappointed. I will be back when it comes time to get my next car!
This is the third car that we have purchased from Bettenhausen, dealing with Nick Pattenaude every time. Nick has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy.
