My Wrangler broke down on me in the middle of the night and with there help, I was able to get my car to them and get it fixed. They were a lot of help and I don't ever plan on ever going to a different dealership!

Horrible service. Car was filthy after pickup. Not really sure if work was completed. Would not recommend this dealership to my worse enemy. Time to trade the Charger in for a better quality vehicle.

Bettenhausen Dodge is a great place to do business. I had stopped in because the clip that held the storage bin up wasn't working properly. Dan told me the part needed to be ordered. No problem. I drove around to the front to leave and he came running after me. Apparently, they found one in stock. Instead of just letting me return in a few days, he stopped me and took care of everything. That's great customer service!!!!
My boyfriend and I just bought our first Jeep Patriot together, and the service was absolutely spectacular! Jamie Kwak and Mike Sorenson had all of our paperwork filled out, and were so pleasant to do business with. We were came in and had the keys to our new car in less than 30 minutes! I bought a Jeep Cherokee Limited from Bettenhausen in Orland Park. I was so happy that I did not have to haggle with them. Tim Slattery was my salesman and he was great. He was not pushy and he was very knowledgeable. I was especially interested in the computer and the features for navigation and Uconnect. He showed me all of that and helped me hook up the apps on my phone so I could find my car in the parking lot. I love all the options I highly recommend Tim and this dealership.
I bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler and have had the best experiences at Bettenhausen. My salesman Bill Smith was amazing and the service writers there are calm and helpful. I will never take my Jeep anywhere else and will more than likely buy my future vehicles from Bettenhausen Chrysler/Jeep!!
