There is no supervision anywhere! I payed alot of money to come here from out of state to get here and see that no rules are followed. When you got here you have to sign a waiver about rules and wearing wristbands to go in the pool, most people at the pool don't have a wristband on. The room next to us is having a party and just leaving the door open to let their friends walk through and access the pool area. It was ok. Housekeeping is on things but they should wait until we are checked out before they knock on doors before 9 am. If we dont come to the door it prob means were still in bed. If we dont come to the door that early doesnt mean they should b able to come in. Wait til weve checked out!!

There was one surprise the after another. From deductibles that isn't mentioned anywhere I could see to an extra $30 tacked on to the bill from the original total in the booking email. *Edit* Added a star for the fix.

Had reservation which made checking in wonderful. Issues with children's slide which they worked on immediately. Room was clean, staff was friendly so I stayed an extra night for same price as online booking. We will definitely be back on weeknights again.

Great hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was very nice. We didn't make it to the pool but we had a great time. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!

My family has made this our hotel of choice. It is pet-friendly, offers great rooms and the pool is awesome. I also use the hotel to host an annual event, and couldn't ask for a better experience from planning to execution. Great staff, great food, and always great experiences!
