The hot tub had too much chlorine and the pool had not enough. There was also poop on our bathroom wall

This is the best one we stayed in seen the pools inside and out didn't have the time to go swimming but it looked like fun if we're ever this way again definitely staying here so Awesome

The phone reservation was pleasant and easily set up for our stay with our two dogs. We had choose Best Western as they were close to the highway and had listed pet amenities with AAA. The front desk was nice upon arrival and check in was quick. First appearance of the room was nice. We noticed no pet amenities. Was going to ask the front desk after we had settled in. Pleased to have gotten a call from the front desk asking how our room was although we hadn't had time yet to settle in as we were still unpacking our vehicle. ... read more
Fabulous Customer Service! !! Everyone was very nice. Plus being a Dog Friendly Hotel that Doesn't charge was a pleasant surprise! Top that off with the Waterpark, beautiful rooms. Beds comfortable - only drawback is the tiny pillows. Still a beautiful experience!
