RecommendedXcellent staff food and fun. My whole family loves it there. The pool, rooms and hotel is always clean. Thank you for everything.
The beds were hard but the rest of it was amazing the food was awesome they were very polite and kind
We liked the bigger room although the bathroom when you opened the door it basically goes right in front of the toilet so that could be bigger Would like better beds beds were way to hard gave me a backache and didn't sleep well
At the Ramkota in Sioux Falls with two rooms for the past three nights. Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. The two bartenders we encountered in Frankie's were extremely eager to please customers and the food was good and priced great. We enjoyed our three nights at the Sioux Falls Best Western Ramkota and will definitely return.
Our suite was spacious and beautiful! The pool was crazy and wild, but fun for the kids!
Customer Service..Communication is just Ugly!#!stayed for 10 days in Nov.left for weekend in between ..I had mail I had to go back and pick up..nothing was said..176.00$ night 10 days.Best Western Ramkota in Sioux Falls knew I was there doing Cancer Treatments..Had to hear threw American Cancer Society we weren't welcome back due to makeup(liquid eyeliner)on wall n mirror.. Upon checking in, mind you, it was myself and my 2 year son...there were 7 cars back to back outside in front of the main lobby check in with people in 2 of them...no room to park to check in so we were forced to park in a regular parking spot to check in. I reserved a room online 2 weeks ago because there was only 1 poolside room left and for the ease with a little one I thought that was best. It was great! Could have had more towels at the pool. But was a great time.

Hey Jason, Thank you for the review. Believe it or not but we just order 750 pool towels for our pool area at the beginning of the month. Unfortunatley, they get taken back to rooms with them so we can't wash them and put them back out or tend to walk away. Makes it difficult at the end of the night when they aren't even in the pool area to clean. But never fear we have another order in for more towels to restock again.
