The keys didn't work. We had to call the front desk several times to get someone up here to let us in. We tried to get some food but couldn't. Then to top it there was a drunk man outside our door. The pool looks fun for kids and it was quiet to sleep.

This is not the norm for us and the maintenance and front desk staff have both been talked to regarding the situation to help them in the future. Not bad with kids. They loved swimming. No clean towels after the first night, had to call desk, which they promptly brought us some. A/C unit is insanely loud. But, it's alright. After all, it's not an embassy suites.
I am a employee at the restaurant and I can tell you from experience and from what goes on behind closed doors that I would not eat here or stay here I have witnessed a lot of no good stuff happen here and some of the service is just plain bad ive seen cockroaches in the kitchen watched as food fell on the floor and was still served cook with bloody nose dripping blood everywhere and the cook acted like no big deal blood was splattering on food and plates and management did nothing about this also they have employees drinkin... read more

It was a nice place but too hot in the pool area and too crowded for me.
The first time I called for reservations Tiffany WAS GREAT!!! She was very accommodating over the phone & tried everything she could to help us plan our family Christmas there. We booked a total of 3 weekends within 7 weeks so we were spending a lot of time here over the Holidays & Tiffany was AWESOME!! Thank you!! Fun for all ages! Love how we can sit around the pool with a snack & beverage while watching the kids have a blast!
