Everyone was wonderful, from check-in to breakfast, and checkout. I highly recommend.
The food was not cooked correctly. My steak was well done on the edges but raw on the inside. My mother’s food was lukewarm at best. The bread was tuff and tasteless. My sister in laws food was too spicy, it was chicken Alfredo.The food was way too much food for a child’s portion and we ordered the children’s food from the child’s menu. We will not be returning and we cannot, in good conscious, recommend this restaurant.

Do not use best western I rented a room and did not stay!! The night clerk advised they would refund me and now the GM won’t accept my calls and they lied and said I stayed 1 hr!! I called corporate and they told them I stayed two hours!! So now I have to take legal action
RecommendedGreat staff at check in and out, alot of breakfast options, nice pool, comfy and large rooms. This is were I stay when my family and I are in Lubbock.
My children were here for a birthday party last weekend and two of the three have what I can only describe as chemical burns on their legs and sides from the insane levels of chlorine. They cannot even wear jeans and cry every night because of the burning. I have always thought the chlorine levels were high here but I’ve never seen anything this bad. I won’t be back.
I want a refund of my smoking fee. We stayed on 12/22 in room 101 and supposedly there were 2 cigarette butts out the window, but nothing in the room. You claim there is a law that says one can't smoke within 8 feet of a building, but it's 8 ft from a public entrance and you have a trash can with an ash tray 4 ft from the side door by 101. We aren't smokers and your proof doesn't show any smoking in our room.
