RecommendedI really like the hotel overall but the housekeeping department isn’t great at all. I’ve been calling since I have checked out Sunday on some items I left behind. Head of housekeeping said they haven’t found.m anything which is a complete lie, I know what I left there! I call Monday I was told they put them rooms on hold. Will strip them, called Tuesday no answer. Some honest workers would be great, this isn’t my first time having this problem! The room was clean. The breakfast had a good selection and was good.
Beautiful place to stay. Smokey Mountain can see from your room. Very clean rooms. Great free breakfast. Close to Gatlinburg. Very friendly.
