Absolutely disgusting hotel. Mr Michael Hicks who checked us in was extremely rude. He checked us into a room and it wasn’t the right type of room. We requested adjoining rooms. We went back to the front and he placed us in a different room and it still was not right. The rooms we did go into were not worth $113/night. One of the rooms had burn holes in the linens, the carpet looked filthy, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. RecommendedPerfectly clean room and comfortable beds. Great staff too! My puppy, Olive, also enjoyed her stay!
This is apparently a hang out for the local youth. They terrorize the hallways all night and guests. Then you go into the suspicious nature of qtips laying around the hallways which is consistent with drug use in the hotel. Spend your money on rooms and conferences elsewhere. Don’t bother asking for help from the desk that is an effort in futility!
Recommendedwe arrived early in the morning and check in wasn't till 3pm not only did they let us in at 11 they also upgraded our room excellent service and great with recommendations and only a short walk to Hollywood boulevard

it was a very nice day staff was very nice you have a nice breakfast I work at a Best Western in Indiana and you guys breakfast is pretty good Brian at the front desk was very nice and the breakfast lady I did not get her name she was very nice if I come to Illinois to again I would definitely stay here
Room was clean, the complimentary fruit infused water in the lobby was refreshing and the Spice restaurant is nice but expensive and slow service. Security in this hotel is awful! Room 301 BEWARE!! A cross dresser likes to hang outside of your room and drink vodka between 3am-5am. The sound of high heels clicking across the concrete at these hours makes your arm hairs stand up. After the 1st night we were advised it won't happen again but she returned at 5am. One and done for my husband and I in Hollywood.
