2:30pm. When we got there check in took FOREVER and I was the only person checking in. But fine, it happens. I asked the front desk gal if we could have a fan sent to our room and she said yes and I mentioned the fan sitting out of the way and not plugged in would actually be perfect. Worst experience with check in. Rude staff. Very unhelpful and not a nice place for the rate. Would definitely not ever stay here again. No info provided at check in. Would not recommend if you are worried about CoVID.

With the shut downs and our son being diagnosed with an illness (not COVID) we called and cancelled our trip to South Dakota. Somehow we either missed calling Best Western or the reservation didn’t get cancelled. Either way we called and asked for a refund but the hotel wouldn’t do it. You would think with a pandemic going on they would be a little bit more understanding. Next year when we are hopefully able to take our trip we will not be using this hotel. We will probably never use a Best Western again.
We left our room after only a few hours because there were roaches crawling on the floor... packed up and drove through the night. Will not be staying here again. Front desk was very sweet and informative. Water park could use some cosmetic work... but was awesome for the kiddos.
