The room was clean, the pool was fun for the kids. Great costumer service .
Decent hotel for the price. The perk was the shuttle to the concert. Only negative I have is no continental breakfast & water pressure in shower sucked.
DO NOT STAY HERE! Their housekeeper at Ramkota Sioux Falls stole my daughters $200 headphones that we travel with right out of our room. Zero assistance from management and zero return calls from the executive housekeeper. Don't stay here unless you have no valuables!
Not as good as other BW's old redone bar & grill had great food & service front desk was great also but rooms and area left a lot I won't stay there again but will stay at the one in Butte, Mt tomorrow
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! BED BUGS!!!!! I only give 1 star because that's the lowest it will let me go. First I'd like to start by staying the water park needs lots of attention. Ropes in the pool covered in mold. Stairs up to the slide rusted and metal flaking off, hopefully no body cuts themselves. Hot tub couldn't even get in it because it looked so dirty. Our room was dirty...hair everywhere in the bathroom. Our feet were black from the carpet. I killed three bugs during our stay but didn't think anything of it. Until before ... read more

Found a HUGE yellow stain on the down comforter. Our room carpet was soaking wet. The pool was really ran down and too cold to let my two year old swim in. And today I just watched a video from someone I know who just stayed there pulling back the sheets to find bugs under them. If you have recently stayed here use bed bug protocol to be safe!!!
