We stayed there this weekend they hotel was book. We rented room 2130 which has the hot tub. We got in the room the windows we falling apart amd you could see that was there was water damage and the room was not vacuumed. The room had food on the floor by the the walls is was covered by dirt. Knowing that they had no more rooms available , so I did not say anything til the next day knowing did not have another room. My husband stayed here for work earlier this week and I couldn't believe the stories he told. In the first room he was assigned, he found animal solid waste (i.e., a turd) on the carpeted floor underneath the desk. After he told the front desk, he was relocated to the room next door, but, again, he saw evidence of the room having not been cleaned. The sheets looked like they had been slept in already. I legitimately have bed bug bites on the left side of my body. I'm here for training and still have three nights left and cannot change hotels, as I didn't make the reservation. The staff simply said they would give me keys to a different room when I get back this afternoon. No apology, nothing. Do NOT stay here!!!!!

Had my son's bday party there. He ended up getting sick so we didn't stay. They gave me credit for only half a nights stay but then went and charged me for 2 nights at double the amount of one night. Tried calling to get it figured got sent to the voicemail of the manager and never got called back. Still trying to get this problem fix. It's been 4 days.

The staff has been great during our stay! Very nice to deal with and helpful. The pool is perfect for little ones. Lots to do and clean. The tables and carpeted area make it very family friendly. The food and staff in the bar is fantastic! The only thing I’m not a huge fan of in the cleanliness in the rooms and hallways. When we got to our room, there was stuff all the carpet that hadn’t been vacuumed and a stain on the sheets that was pretty obvious and probably should have been thrown away.
