The entire staff was friendly and provided a most wonderful stay. The pool area was exceptional for the young and old. We had a very comfortable stay, would go back again!
We book our ASSE final spring break their for our foreign exchange students, from Mackenzie at the front desk, to Michelle in the restaurant, the catering staff, and Ted the General Manager, our stay there has always been great! Our rooms have been fantastic, clean, spacious...the poolside parties have been great, they have no problem bringing 15 pizzas poolside to us!!! Always willing to go the extra mile for us and all of our kids!!!! Can't wait to do it again! Thanks to the great staff there for making it always great!
Older hotel not up to what I’d consider “Plus” standards for BW. Have pet dander allergies so be forewarned any room could have had a pet in it. Our room did. Slept with the window open all night! May review more favourablely once the renovations are complete. Wouldn’t recommend as a Plus hotel otherwise.
RecommendedThe stay was good, clean room and courteous staff for the most part. Lexi at the front desk did a great job easing an uncommon booking of two rooms (one for each night as I added a night through hotels dot com) and was pretty empathetic about sometimes things come up. I do agree though that on your own website, as well as details with hotels dot com, it should be specified weather it is an indoor or outdoor poolside room. If an outside poolside room during the summer, we'll be back. (Regular room otherwise).
Not only were kids screaming in the pool until 11 o'clock at night... They started right back up again at 8 am. Had we known, we would not have stayed here.
The bed was fairly comfortable the room was decent, however the screaming children in the pool at 11 o’clock at night was absolutely unacceptable.
