Gilbert was very courteous and attentive to my concerns about damaging bees. He took note of the plants they were on and took care to not use anything to kill them. He promptly completed the scheduled service in my yard, taking care to check all areas. I have used Berrett Pest Control Services for a long time and am very pleased.

Needed the Fruit flies out! I had an invasion of the little guys and Joseph helped me on the call so much! Ten out of Ten will be calling Barret Pest Control again :)

These is my first time working with these pest control. I was recommended from another pest control because they were booked. I called to schedule for them to service my home. Horrible customer service I had to deal with. My information was wrong input in the system and input the wrong address. Was hold for 30 minutes to correct these mistakes. I Spoke with at 5 people get my information correct and schedule dated for them to service my home. I am given them a chance and see how it goes.

Kyle with Berrett pest control was amazing! He made it over same day and removed a bird from my wall in seconds that sounded like a honey badger!!! I will be calling them again if anything comes up in the future!! Thanks again Kyle!!

I called Berrett in April for a wasp problem and they had a tech out the next day. Abdul arrived promptly and went to work immediately after I described where I had seen the wasps. Once he finished, he came and told me what steps he had taken for not only the wasps but, spiders too. He informed me to allow 10 days for the the suff to throughly work.
