New to Berrett, but have found them to be very professional, customer oriented, and love my knowledgeable Technician, Joel. Prompt, professional, personable, helpful.
I researched and asked questions about the products Berrett's use. Safe for my pets to come back in after 20-30 minutes dry time. They are always nice and call ahead to let you know when they will be arriving. I recommend them and they are not pushy! Great customer service.
