Berrett Pest Control has been exceptional in their service. The associates who come are highly knowledgeable and have always ensured out home is bug free and they ask questions on what kind of activity is being observed within the house. Appointments are auto scheduled and they send email and text reminders before they arrive. I would like to personally thank Michael who performed our pest control multiple times in the past few years. Thanks Team.
Michael was totally efficient knowledgeable and respectful. I really appreciate him easing my tender soul. Christine answered the phone: how can I make your day better. She was able to kindly take care of changing appointments an was so efficient and respectful as well. I inadvertently moved into an infestated apartment. It has required a professional exterminator. They actually follow up after 3 weeks and 6 weeks. I'm thankful for Berret Pest control.
Berrett PC is a very attentive and consistent service company. They have always been responsive and polite on the phone and on home visits. I appreciate the professionalism of our home service technician, and having the same familiar face come each time is nice as a customer, but also great to see a company taking care of employees long term.
