I called Berrett pest control in mid march 2022 because of a carpenter ant infestation. I was quoted a price I agreed with. I was asked if I wanted termite protection for an extra fee, to which I declined. Shortly after that call I was emailed a copy of the contract. The next day the service man came out and did his job to my satisfaction. Fast forward a couple weeks I was sent a bill for "Termite Protection". The customer service for Berrett Pest Control is incredible! They are knowledgeable and quick in setting up your appointment when it is convenient for you. They are friendly and get the job done.
The technicians with Berrett Pest Control are the best. As I am not home when their technicians show up, however I have cameras around my home, so I am able to look back and see their technicians pay attention to detail in regards to any instructions I leave regarding focusing on certain areas. I have been using them for a couple of years and can always rely on them doing the job right whether I am present or not.

Great service! Joseph was able to contact my service provider, Martin, to help answer my questions after my service. This is my second time using Barrett pest and the service provider and office staff have been amazing and knowledgeable. Joseph and Martin have been very helpful and professional.
