Jose was very courteous and polite. He kindly met all my requests and then some offering advice and alternative options for resolving the issue. I really like the way their service representatives answer with "How can we make your day better?" It helps calm and diffuse the situation. Barrett Pest Control was at my home today. The technician, Jamie, was wonderful. Very good at his job. Careful of everything in my home and yard. I would be delighted to have him back every time I need spraying done.
BERRETT PEST CONTROL Technician, Crys, arrived for the initial setup of bait traps around the parameter, eliminating any live animal under my home, as well as treating the fly infestation inside my home within my two bedrooms and the master bathroom.
