Berrett Pest Control was recommended to us when we first moved to Texas years ago/ We found them always there for us whenever we had a problem with hornets and especially the ant colonies. My daughter is highly allergic to fire ant and anytime I called they would always schedule an appointment right away. Technicians are great but the customer service reps are always sympathetic to whatever is occuring.. We had Jose this time and he did a great job of calming my concerns. and I feel things will be taken care of soon.
I'm a regular customer and every time I've seen a little activity occurring I just give Customer Service a call to get service out to my place and so far it's been a really positive experience by Customer Service agents, as well as technicians.
I spoke with Tabatha, Reggie, and LaSonya on three different occasions. All three were most helpful and really tired to help with my situation. The situation had to be corrected by the manager - Troy. Troy was most helpful and solved the situation immediately.
Excellent service always. Customer service soonest if required. Never requires a second visit and keeps everything pest free.
Rachel was sweet! And very helpful! I am very grateful. I love Berrett they so great and knowledgeable.
