Julie spoke with me to reschedule an appointment. I have had to reschedule a couple of times and every representative I speak with is just as great as the last! I'm very satisfied with the customer service.
Shane was terrific, she was pleasant and thoughtful. Shane answer all our questions and took the time to get the information I asked for! It was a pleasure to talk to her and would like her to help me in the future if need be. Kudos to Shane for a job well done!

Adam is our serviceman of choice. He always does a good job as well as being polite, friendly, responsible, and knowledgeable.
Very good at rapid response for service for us as we are on contract. Quarterly spraying was only outside, which is not the norm with our previous exterminator. When you call, you have to listen to several minutes of very loud music with someone talking and ads before you can talk to a live person. I resent having to listen to that and the time. It will be a factor in whether I decide to renew our contract with Berrett. I do commend them on rapid service when needed.

As always, Jason is professional and thorough. He takes care of EVERYTHING you can think of. Always has a smile on his face and has a good sense of humor (not essential to the job, but sure makes his visits something to look forward to). He takes notes on what he has done and even noted my preference for early morning visits for future service. He's simply the best!!
