Jesse was on time and it turns out that we didn't have a rodent control problem as a previous company had told us. He inspected the attic space which the previous company did not do. Thank you for your honest service. I would recommend your service to anyone!

Craig was very professional and on time. He was a pleasure to work with. He inspected the property and explained very clearly what he saw and concluded. He was honest and I appreciated it. I had called Orkin Pest Control and they wanted $400 upfront for the first visit. Berret Pest control is awesome because they are honest and not just trying to make money off of you when you don't need it. They're great, timely, polite, and they know their business inside and out!! I currently pay monthly for a quarterly service, but I can request that anyone comes out multiple times in a month if needed. Berrett Pest Control has already helped us with multiple bug issues, we had a bad bout of dirt daubers getting INSIDE our house through a widened crack at the top of our backdoor. My wood fence is being replaced and I called Berrett Pest Control because of a yellow jacket nest. I called and within 45 min Madie was their explained work to be done took her time and said it may take a second spraying explained the 30 day guarantee. Assume job Madie

I have a monthly membership with Berrett Pest Control where they come every 90 days. Now, if I notice spiders or anything (which I rarely have had that problem) in between that time period I can call and request a tech come out. I did just that today and all I did was text them and they got back to me within the hour and we were able to get an appointment set up for a good time and day for me. Loved that. So simple and so easy.
