Tech was prompt, respectful and listened to my concerns. He was patient when I let my puppy in/out so he could service the inside and outside and was mindful of my autistic son. Great technicians and customer service is why Berrett Pest Control was the first and only pest company I have hired and have used them since 2015. They have great communication if they have to reschedule due to snow or a pandemic and are always accommodating when I need to reschedule inside service. Paul is such a wonderful human/tech. Always so friendly and makes me feel at ease when he comes by to treat our home. He's incredibly kind, thoughtful and educates me on everything he plans to do/or does along the way. I feel a huge sense of relief after he leaves knowing my home is a more comfortable place to sleep at night. My dog adores him as well!
