I recommend Berrett Pest Control. I called to request an estimate and the Inspector arrived the next day to review our building. Chris Stillion answered all our questions and is knowledgeable as well as professional. She took the time to review the property and took measurements of the building. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. LaSonya was friendly and helpful and thorough.

LaSonya, the customer service representative with whom I spoke was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She indicated what she was going to do to address my concerns, she scheduled the service that was needed and explained to me what to expect. It was a pleasant interaction!

Craig was patient, friendly, and very helpful. He made suggestions of what we could do (fix a basement window) and a small hole i another area first to see if that helps with the mice problem. If not, I will be calling him for certain to begin their treatment program. I recommend Craig from Barrett Pest Control Services.
