I was so disappointed with their services they didn't showed up when they tell you and when they do they are not prepared. I gave them several chances at the end I called to speak to a supervisor because they didn't show up and they just hung up on me. They didn't seem to care and disregarded the fact that I had an appointment and gave me another appointment three days later. They basically told me it wasn't there fault like they didn't care.. Jvon is the best!!!!! He is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed our issues and he is always excellent. What a great asset to your Barrett Team.
Will always does an excellent job! He takes time to answer any questions, is careful about what he does, and conscientious about spraying where it is truly needed but not over spraying. He will tell you what to watch out for too! I highly recommend him!

Jesse was so friendly and professional I felt so comforable having him around . He went above and beyond his job position to make sure I had the best treatment. My experience was great with him now this makes me look forward to my next pest control treatment because he made me feel like he really cared. Jessy really knows how to get the job done and he is definitely an asset to this company. I am so glad to have him as my technician.
Our technician, Joseph is wonderful. He is always pleasant, very knowledgeable and helpful. The customer service team is always pleasant and is willing to find a way to get us cared for even between our regular service intervals. We like doing business with Berrett Pest Control and you will too.

Dealing with Berrett has always been great. Their staff, including Paige on the phone and Tony for our service, are outstanding representatives of their service. Unfortunately, "pests" have a way of multiplying, but if there are bug problems, Berrett is always ready to jump in and solve the problems. They are outstanding to work with
