Just called to set up service. Very thorough in describing services and expectations. Changing service to Barrett due to a very high recommendation from a friend who has used Barrett for a year.
Drake has been to the home a few times to conduct the service and treatment for mice. Each time he has been courteous, professional and accommodating. I have been very stressed over the mice issue, but he has helped to alleviate my anxiety by his experience, knowledge and service. I am very happy with the service I have received since Drake came in and picked up where Carl left off.

Upset Customer Good Morning, My name is *** *******. I have used Berrett Pest control this summer in August for bedbug extermination also purchase mattress covers and had a 90 day warrant. It is now Feburary I saw a bedbug and my warrant is out dated. I called the Berrett and they gladly send someone out to inspect. The inspector informs us that there are tears in our mattress cover and the bedbug probably got out of the mattress from the rips in the mattress cover.
