Excellent people, reliable and very sensitive to customer's needs to include scheduling.
Zachary was on time, friendly, efficient and took the time to address my concerns.
I am now getting mixed messages. Was told to use detour in lieu of traps and now being told by Barrett to use traps because they didn't treat the big attic space and only treated the small crawl space with Detour. It was expensive and now I feel somewhat jilted and like the job was not thorough. Cannot get straight answers and have tried three times to reach my first account manager. Excellent service Mr. J****** escorted me around the outside of the house and explained to me problems that I need to address found no evidence of rodents. He was very pleasant and courteous definitely and I would recommend his services.
Excellent service that targets our pest needs for each treatment. The technicians are friendly and always take good care of our yard while treating it for pests.
