I can't say enough about Ruben. From the time he arrived, he was very professional, he introduced himself who he was with, had his mask on and kept his distance. Thoroughly explained what he was going to do, listen to my concerns and returned after he was done to explain further everything he did, any problem areas he saw, he gave some advice on what to do if I saw some issues outside. Ruben, you're a star! Plewse continue to be our pest control technician.

I had originally called a very well known pest control company but they could NOT accommodate my needs. I cancelled that appointment! Then I called Berrett Pest Control and they did all they could to earn my trust and give me the fast service I needed! They accommodated our schedule. Extraordinary company, efficient and trustworthy employees! Fast and friendly service.

Clay was awesome! So polite and respectful. He took care of a major wasp nest that had been growing for a very long time. He even cleaned up the evidence of wasp nest he had taken down for us around the house. I would, and have already, recommend Berrett Pest Control any day. The this service call could not have gone any smoother. Kind, quick, and thorough. Thank you for putting us at ease.

Berrett pest control actually works! I thought it would take so much more work than one service to get rid of our house ants and carpenter ants that had become permanent roommates. One time out and the issue was resolved. It was cheaper than everywhere else I called and they will come out for any recurrence at no additional fees. You do get locked into a quarterly contract though, but it's probably worth it. Joseph was great to talk to on the phone.
