I've had them come out twice already and everything has been great. They answer all my questions and give me suggestions. Each technician has been friendly. I called for another treatment and they're coming out in two days. Awesome and quick response!

We've used this company for many years and been pleased with their office staff and technicians. We hardly ever have any pest problems thanks to their quarterly service, but if we occasionally see bugs inside the house, they come out and spray promptly.
Several years ago we had used Berrett at another home in the North Carrollton area. We were very satisfied with their services at that location, also. Mr. W***** called ahead and let us know when he was arriving. I appreciate that courtesy. He asked us what we were experiencing. After we described our main concern, he told us that he suspected an "Acrobat Ant". After reading up on it after he departed, I know that he nailed it. Reasonably priced services, their office staff is very helpful, too!
I have been a Barrett Pest Control customer for several years, and they have excellent customer service, and they take very good care of their customers. If I have a bug problem, all I have to do is pick up the phone and call them, and they take care of the rest. It's so nice to know that I have professionals who know what they are doing taking care of the extermination. I rarely have bugs in my house, thanks to Barrett.
