Today I called Berret Pest Control regarding wasps are coming frequently around my house. Can see some nests undeneath the roof edge. The Customer Service "Vanessa" attended my call and she set-up earliest schedule in following day that is beyond my expectation. Very reliable service peovider that we can count on them for pest cobtrol.
I called Sonia to change my appointment and add lawn insect control to the planned visit. She put me on hold for a very short period of time to contact person scheduled to add the extra service. After a couple minutes she was back and had the extra service added to the planned visit. When I asked if there would be an extra charge I was informed that it was included in the plan. Sonia was very nice and professional and I would recommend her and Berrett Pest control to any body looking for great service at a reasonable price.
Craig provided great customer service today. He was very professional and concerned.
Reggie responded to my text quickly. He was able to reschedule my appointment for a later time on the same day, which is what I needed. I am very happy now.
Great service and after service follow-up. Their customer service rep Vanessa has such great energy and positiveness talking to her. She makes your day better already. She finds time to accommodate my schedule request. Has great work attitude.

Confused a bit with this company. Thought they were local, then see another city and area code for the office and now see a third address in Garland, TX. Customer service has been great although first service details were not properly conveyed to the tech. Also failed to communicate any information regarding the 2nd two week follow up so I had to call in to make those arrangements which will be three weeks out from initial service.
