They charge my credit card and did not treat my bee issues as promised. They came out to look at the problem and scheduled to return on another day. They did not call or keep our appointment. I asked for a refund and they left me on hold. scammers

Jason was warm and friendly. He understood our multiple concerns - spiders making their home in our eaves, a rodent problem, wasps where they shouldn't be, general pest control. Technician Carey Y. has been the person helping us with a stubborn pest problem. On one service visit, he found and took care of a wasp nest that we had not seen-which was not the issue he was coming to address. Much appreciated! I also appreciate the responsiveness of this company when called to come as per our contract. Every interactions from inital to our last service visit has been professional and helpful.
LaSonya was very helpful when I called for a service call. Abdul has always been excellent at controlling the Gophers in our property. He is very careful not to get our windows dirty when servicing around the perimeter of the house.
